Route from South of the Tyne

Head into Newcastle on the Redheugh Bridge. Turn immediate Left after the Bridge as you pass the Telewest Arena, and go along Scotswood Road. You will pass Newcastle College on your right. Continue straight ahead until you reach the roundabout opposite the Pattersons Ford Garage.Here turn right, up the hill through Cruddas Park. At the next road junction turn left onto Westmorland road followed by next right, up Beach Grove Road. Turn left at the Mosque at the top onto Elswick Road. Go along Elswick Road for a short distance until your reach the entrance to St. Johns Cemetry. Here turn right at the mini-roundabout, up Grainger Park Road followed by a left onto Clifton Road and then second left onto Dipton Avenue.

Route from Central Station

By car, drive past the Life Centre building then straight on up the hill until you pass the Newcastle College Building on your left. At the mini-roundabout opposite the college entrance, turn right and go up hill towards Elswick Road. At the the next mini-roundabout turn left and go along Elswick Road. You will pass Elswick Park on your left and a mosque on your right. Continue until you reach the mini-roundabout in front of the main gates to St.John's Cemetry. Here you should turn right at the mini-roundabout, up Grainger Park Road, followed by a left onto Clifton Road and then second left onto Dipton Avenue.

Route from General Hospital, West Road

From opposite the main hospital exit, proceed down Grainger Park Road, passing the Prospect Medical Centre. Continue down Grainger Park Road until it intersects with Clifton Road, which is just before the mini-rondabout. Turn right, onto Clifton Road and Dipton Avenue is then the second turning on your left.

Route from Hexham

Take A69 into Fenham area of Newcastle. This leads to the West Road. From opposite the main hospital exit, proceed down Grainger Park Road, passing the Prospect Medical Centre. Continue down Grainger Park Road until it intersects with Clifton Road, which is just before the mini-rondabout. Turn right, onto Clifton Road and Dipton Avenue is then the second turning on your left.

Route by bus

We are directly on the number 30 and 31 bus routes. These can be got from outside of Central Station and the Odeon Newcastle, amongst other spots. You need to get off outside of St. John's Cemetry, Elswick Road. We are directly opposite this stop. If you see the Benwell Shopping Centre on your right you have gone one stop too far.
